1. About Us

Sunita Tours & Travels provides local and outstation travel services using a limited fleet of four vehicles. Bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Booking & Availability

All bookings are accepted based on availability of vehicles. Since we currently operate only four cars, confirmation is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices may vary depending on distance, duration, and route.
• Final fare will be confirmed via call or WhatsApp.
• Advance payment may be required for booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations should be informed at least 6 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may attract a cancellation charge.
• No-show bookings may not be refunded.

5. Driver & Vehicle Policy

Driver assignment depends on availability. In rare cases, vehicle or driver may be changed due to maintenance or emergencies, without prior notice.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and drop details.
• Maintain proper behavior during the journey.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle will be chargeable.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Situations

We are not responsible for delays caused due to traffic, weather, road conditions, strikes, or natural calamities.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is used only for booking and communication purposes. We do not share user data with third parties.
